the power of resilience: when suffering teaches us to live
The philosopher Khalil Gibran wrote: "The souls of those stronger than they are hardened by suffering. The characters are substantially more scattered scars."
The death of a loved one, job loss, serious illness are life experiences that put a strain on the psychological wellbeing of the person: strong emotions and deep sense of unease and uncertainty take over and the person may feel a puzzle that falls apart. " Hard to read the event, place it in perspective, establish responsibilities and honors, everything seems hazy, time flows dictated by the mood and things take on a different flavor.
Non è quindi solo capacità di resistere, ma anche di “ricostruire”la propria dimensione, il proprio percorso of life, finding a new interpretation of self, others and the world, discovering a new strength to overcome adversity. This is an individual process, therefore, that which is built in the person based on personality, attachment patterns and events of life and therefore occurs in a different way in each of us. Very often, it can happen that when a person we know is facing a particularly stressful event, we think "If I were in his place I would not be able to bear it", but as mentioned, this depends on our experiences, our learning from our staff and therefore we filter and process the events and their meanings so differently, react and integrate them into memory just as different.
People with a high level of resilience, therefore, unable to respond effectively to the contrary, to give new impetus to their existence and even to achieve important goals. Exposure to adversity seems to strengthen rather than weaken them. They tend to be optimistic, flexible and creative, know how to work in groups and are easy to build on their own and others' experiences.
But what causes an individual is more or less resilient?
To determine a high level of resilience contribute different factors, first of all inside and outside the presence of family relationships supportive and caring people. This type of reporting creates a climate of love and trust, encouraging and providing encouragement and reassurance, thus, enhancing the level of resilience. The other factors are involved: •
OPTIMISM: it is the disposition to take the good side of things, the tendency to expect a future full of positive opportunities, the propensity to diminish the difficulties of life, always trying to find solutions to problems.
• SELF-ESTEEM: high self-esteem protects against feelings of anxiety and depression and positively influence the health physics. It refers to a positive view of self
• hardiness: personality trait that includes three dimensions:
- REVIEW: conviction of being able to control the environment surrounding the outcome of events, putting in place all the resources to cope with difficulties.
- COMMITMENT: definition and pursuit of goals.
- CHALLENGE: vision changes such as incentives and opportunities for growth.
• Positive emotions: the ability to replace moans and groans with positive emotions.
• SOCIAL SUPPORT: ability to build relationships that can support multiple heterogeneous and the individual in times of trouble.
roads that can lead people to increase their level of resilience are numerous.
In searching for the most appropriate strategy to improve their level of resilience can help focus attention on the experiences of the past trying to identify the resources that represent the personal strengths. A system that facilitates the identification of resources to them is to try to provide answers to these simple questions:
-like events were particularly stressful for me?
-how these events have affected me?
-in difficult times I have found it useful to speak to me for people meaningful?
-in difficult times as I learned about myself and my way of interacting with others?
-is helpful for me to provide assistance to someone who was going through momenti difficili come quelli da me sperimentati?
Having a high level of resilience does not mean the experiment at all
problems or life stresses, have a high level of resilience does not mean being infallible but resilient people who are willing to change when necessary, who is willing to think they can make mistakes but whoever gives the possibility to correct the course.

How Many Words In A First Chapter
Dolce celeste nostalgia.
The kitchen of the house was a Salvarani.

The chairs were the color of the kitchen with metal legs. After entering first grade, in every seat, I had scrawled the name of who we had to sit.
And every now and checked that everyone had his chair.

I was sitting with his back to the door with his face toward the window. Often, as I was sleeping, resting his head in his left shoulder and tilt the notebook to right and when I saw Mom scolded me: "Come on, from," he said.
Even then I was not very consistent and so I studied with a concentration intermittently flaky. And 'that she was getting a lot more interesting ...
Mom was good at washing dishes: the sink filled with foam. Then put in the glasses. Then the cutlery. Then the dishes. And finally the pots. Always wash all without gloves. "With the gloves do not feel they are clean," he said. Every now and then slipping a

That is to say are part of this prestigious list: The Grand Canyon, Mount Everest, the lagoon of Venice, etc. ...
Without further ado I present to the newcomer of the year and hope it's able to visit at least over the next year.
not fall in love too perfect beaches and creeks. Although water and 'crystalline and corals do not have much to envy to those Australians, the area, according to ancient legends, seems to have the ability to attract the spirits after death. Perhaps they are in love with a place like this ... we can not blame him for that matter.
This is what is left of the volcano Ngorongoro. Let's talk about 3200 square miles that stretch east of the National Park Serengeti. " Although it is already on the list of UNESCO since '79, the protected areas we are talking about this year received further recognition with new discoveries of artifacts that would confirm the birth of the first humans in these lands.
Now I just have to ask: Which of these places
would like to see first if you had the chance?
I personally vote for Siberia because I'm a fan of Santa's reindeer and tennis ...

Papahanaumokuakea
The first of these wonderful places are located in Hawaii, but do not ask me to pronounce the name! Be content to read: Papahanaumokuakea. not fall in love too perfect beaches and creeks. China Danxia
The image you see on your left is precisely the region from China and Danxia south of Xi'an (home of the famous terracotta warriors) . The region is composed of six sub-tropical air. The most interesting part, according to UNESCO is one that looks a little like 'the red planet Mars. And 'in fact filled with columns of red rock canyons and everything you can imagine on the planet closest to us. Phoenix Islands
Finally, we will now move to something more relaxing: the Phoenix Islands in Kiribati. This is a group of eight atolls and two submerged coral reefs. You can run into hundreds of species of fish, birds and mammals that have made these islands their home due to the fact that this is the largest protected area of \u200b\u200bthe underwater world at about a thousand kilometers north of Fiji in the Pacific. Yagul and Mitla
about 500 miles south of Mexico City were discovered caves used by our prehistoric ancestors. They are not even interesting cave paintings to lord it here in the region of Oaxaca. A archaeologists were surprised by the findings of Cucurbubitaceae seeds and corn more than ten thousand years old. This is the first evidence of agriculture of our species. National Park Reunion
This park was born just three years has set the goal of preserving native species in the Indian Ocean island of Reunion, to date under the controllo della Francia.

How Long Does Pro Tan Last
A mio malincuore.
Ero arrabbiata.
Che dico, incazzata nera.
Ma non dovevo dire perchè.
Dovevo dire come.
