Moves: How to respond to and overcome the trauma

separations are getting worse, they are mourning that we are against our will to develop, especially if painful traumas us to be abandoned. Some react by threatening suicide, others begin to haunt the former beloved, and some rather suffer through the pain and letting it go through because the pain is there and is undeniable. However, not everyone who is close to us can stand this pain: some are set back, others pronounce sentences of-fact, never mind! You'll see that it will pass, give yourself time! ... A dead pope. - With the result that it feels more and more alone, more misunderstood and more confused. He knows and feels that sentences of those who are good, who does not like us are suffering the anguish of abandonment and separation, and that have the opposite effect, make us angry and make us even more sad and lonely. When you are abandoned personal security is undermined, and for a moment his identity is turned upside down: "It 's my fault, my mistake, I will change if that's what she wants!", Without calling into question the slightest act the other, as if to be sure, whether it is abandoned, è perché lo si è voluto e meritato. Then begin to take back our lives, and why not, maybe watching some piece of advice including:
1) Concediamoci our time to go through the grieving, and each has its time and it is good that we take care of us because is normal to be vulnerable after an abandonment, and if others demand that we laugh or joke, or that we are always available, kindly respond "No thanks" because remember, friends and partners you can choose
2) We understand what really happened: recognize their mistakes and those of partners is essential: an understanding helps us to overcome the trauma and gives us a greater sense of control over the situation
3) We accept that in life nothing is certain and that is the disorder to order: when we think of the change of season in the closet, before we make the mess of winter clothes and then we place the summer, all well-sorted: the life is the same, after a period of confusion, always returns to stability, after the storm there is always the peaceful
4) Take new initiatives focus on new projects or meddle with something left over. The mistake often made is to put aside their lives for their partner without thinking that nothing is certain and nothing is ever
Quando una persona soffre, comprende i propri errori, scopre le sue risorse, diventa una persona nuova, more aware and stronger because, as Oscar Wilde said: "Experience is the name we give our mistakes."
